Judy Doherty, abstract watercolorist, and Deborah Carlson, a glass artist, have joined forces to create a non-traditional, contemporary exhibit. They've blended their ideas and philosophies from two different traditional media into one cohesive thought. Bustin’ Out 1 focuses on finding common themes, styles, or narratives that unite their pieces. Bustin’ Out 2 is a joint project where they've curated their works together to enhance the overall experience for the viewers. This exhibition is a testament to the power of communication and compromise in maintaining coherence while still allowing each artist’s unique voice to shine through.
