"Naked Lunch," Group Exhibit | 09/12/21 - 10/11/21
In the space between ambiguity and clarity artist Chris Hudson explores textured abstractions to reveal what he calls a “Naked Lunch” proposing that there is no faking the paintings that is before his viewers eyes.
Artist Craig Robb approaches a more metaphoric note offering the viewer some personal meaningful interaction to the allegory and metaphor within the objects and materials. Selling out of his recent exhibit at Pirate Gallery in Lakewood, Craig continues to explore newer works in light and allegory.
Promoting an attenuated thread of Modernism, Jude Barton presents a resurgence of work grounded in formal principles of structure, form, color and geometry.
Along the thread of geometry John Kjos presents delicately painted watercolors in a floating geometric format isolating the forms in their own floating universe. Soft color palette and geometric format provide a sensitive display of color line and form.
